This system is supported by National Key Research and Development Program of China (No. 2021YFF0901400). For the specific needs of statistical analysis of clinical research, the causal inference method of imperfect randomized trials and real world data and the filling method of missing data are studied to achieve the accurate evaluation of drug effectiveness; To study the accurate early warning method of adverse events in the whole life cycle of drug clinical trials, and realize the accurate evaluation of drug safety; Build statistical software system to provide statistical technical support for intelligent evaluation and service platform application.
